Ithaca Beer Co. started small in 1998 and has grown into the most widely distributed craft brewery in the Finger Lakes. Flower Power IPA—a hop-forward but balanced American IPA—remains the flagship and is available throughout the Northeast. The brewery relocated to a large, purpose-built facility on the outskirts of Ithaca, with a taproom, beer garden, and full-service kitchen that can accommodate sizable crowds.

Beyond Flower Power, the lineup includes Apricot Wheat (a summer staple), CascaZilla red ale, and a rotating selection of seasonals and limited releases. The taproom menu features elevated pub food: burgers, tacos, salads, and entrees that are a step above typical brewpub fare. The beer garden is one of the better outdoor drinking spaces in the area. Ithaca Beer is not a tiny, experimental operation—it is a mid-size production brewery with broad appeal and consistent execution.
