The sushi menu is genuinely extensive. The signature rolls are where the kitchen shows personality: the Geneva Roll wraps shrimp tempura and asparagus inside, tops it with salmon, spicy mayo, and tempura flakes. The Godzilla Roll is batter-fried with kani, salmon, white fish, and avocado. The Blue Mango Tuna layers spicy kani, avocado, and mango wrapped in tuna with ponzu and microgreens.
